Instructions (if you can’t come testify)
- One bill per email.
- No attachments, … email addressed to (insert email address of your state Representative or state Senator).
- Subject line: “Please submit to the hearing – bill # __________”
- Say if you are for, against or neutral.
- Provide your comments.
- Include your name, home address, ways to contact you (phone/email).
